Redesigned features on career/course management platform servicing all hourly employees at Amazon (delivery drivers, fulfillment centers, etc.).  Involved cross-functional development, prototyping, UX/UI design, usability testing, and product management across global teams.

Led a team of four designers to create FinanceIt, a mobile application increasing accessibility of financial advice and resources for current and incoming college students. Utilized design thinking, human-centered design, and usability testing tools.
